Reporter leads unexplained so far

1. RWI-SITREP-026-L1N722BD, the Learjet 60 that crashed in West Palm Beach on 1 Nov: its full previous day on ADS-B

   Where / when31 Oct 00:00 → 23:24 UTC: en route across Kentucky at 40,000 ft, then on the ground at Austin, Texas, last seen 23:24 UTC (18:24 CDT). The crash on Military Trail was about 17:50 UTC on 1 Nov (12:50 EST); nine people were killed.

   WhyOur Trump Watch keeps whole-day traces for four tail numbers, and N722BD was one of them after the crash. The 1 Nov archive (the crash flight itself) is not published yet; we will add the trace when it is.

   Would settle itNTSB (preliminary report, docket) and FAA on the flight's origin, purpose and operator; Palm Beach County Fire Rescue on the timeline.

2. RWI-SITREP-026-L2West Zawiya coast: night heat at the coastal tank farm (carried from SITREP 025, no recurrence since)

   Where / when1 Nov 00:22 UTC (02:22 EET), NOAA-21: three pixels up to 6.1 MW at 32.790 N, 12.695 E. Nothing at the spot between 1 Nov 01:17 UTC and the end of the window.

   WhyFifth night of heat at the same place since 11 Aug (RWI-HC-003), not where the refinery flares.

   Would settle itNOC / Zawiya Oil Refining Company on any flaring, fire or incident at the coastal tank farm on the night of 31 Oct–1 Nov.

3. RWI-SITREP-026-L3El Obeid, North Kordofan: one daytime heat pixel inside the city (carried from SITREP 025)

   Where / when1 Nov 11:34 UTC (13:34 CAT), 3.0 MW at 13.201 N, 30.238 E, a residential block in the north-east of the city. No further detection in the window.

   WhyEl Obeid is under repeated RSF drone attack. A single midday pixel can be a strike, a house fire or burning rubbish.

   Would settle itSudan Doctors Network, Emergency Lawyers, Dabanga or Radio Tamazuj on any strike or fire in north-east El Obeid on 1 Nov.
