Reporter leads unexplained so far

  1. RWI-SITREP-012-L1Al-Watiya: the only two aircraft to come down there this year (carried from SITREP 010, L1 — strengthened)

Where / whenTurkish Air Force A400M 15-0051 on the ground 2 Sep 12:03–14:51 UTC; A400M 18-0093 probably landed 3 Sep (Plates T1–T2 in SITREP 010)

Whythe scan now covers 287 days with data, 1 Jan – 25 Oct. No other aircraft — military, state or civil — came down within 10 km of Al-Watiya in open ADS-B. The two flights fall in the busiest week of Turkish A400M traffic to western Libya this year (Part 2). Still unreported.

Would settle itTurkish or Libyan MoD comment on what was delivered on 2–3 Sep; trackers' logs for those days.

Where / whenC-37A 01-0030 (SPAR75) on the ground at Chièvres Air Base, 26 Oct 13:37 UTC, 12 km from SHAPE

WhySPAR callsigns carry senior US officials; still no announced visit to SHAPE or Belgium.

Would settle itwho flew in; the NATO and US European Command schedules for 26–27 Oct.

  3. RWI-SITREP-012-L3Night fires on the west Zawiya coast (11 Aug – 11 Sep) and south of Sabratha (27 Aug) (carried from SITREPs 010–011)

    Where / whenSee SITREP 011, Plates F1–F4

Whyno change visible at 10 m and nothing reported.

Would settle itlocal reporting for those nights; what the coastal yard and the Sabratha compound are.

Summary

Quiet evening: no heat at any conflict site, routine industrial flaring only; a USAF E-3 AWACS over CFB Gagetown. DECODEDELTA1: the flight scan back to 1 January finds no other aircraft coming down at Al-Watiya all year, and the 31 Aug – 6 Sep week is the year's peak of Turkish A400M traffic to western Libya.
